However, it is stated that they will refund the payment in full and with no quibble, if you are not 100% happy with your new CV. Thus, I decided to ask for full refund, as the writer had done nothing! When I tried to reach them by phone, the phone number was not available. Moreover, I did not get a respond from customer support as well. When I tried to log in to the website the next day, my passwords was changed and my profile was deleted!
